Professor Sidi Osho is an academician with over twenty-five years experience in teaching, research, and development. She is an award-winning researcher with strong leadership qualities to manage and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary projects. She has worked with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), College of Agricultural Sciences, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. She was the Former Vice Chancellor of Afe Babalola University Ekiti state Nigeria, the current World Vice Chairman of the International Soybean Processing and Utilization in China, Present Deputy Vice Chancellor of the National Open University Nigeria and also an Executive Director of Azure Gradient Consulting & Solutions Ltd.
Prof Sidi Osho is a great innovator and has developed several innovative approaches to processing equipment for crops, she has conducted National and International trainings all over the world and collaborated with scientists in Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Togo, Republic of Benin, Senegal, Madagascar, United States of America and China in the area of Agriculture, Food Science, Food Systems, and recently Tourism and Hospitality Management in Nigeria. She is a member of 17 professional societies that include both National and International societies. She has attended over 100 conferences all over the world presenting conference papers in post-harvest, food processing, nutrition, agriculture, IT and Hospitality in Nigeria
